Privacy Policy — Sunrise INS Internal Assistant

1. Who this covers

This policy describes the Sunrise INS Internal Assistant, a private software tool operated by SUNRISE INS VIET NAM, Galleria – South Sai Gon, 18A Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The assistant is not a public product. It is not offered for download, sale or sign-up, and it has no customers. It is used by a single authorised employee of SUNRISE INS VIET NAM to work with that employee's own company Google account. No other person authorises it, and no third party receives access through it.

2. What Google data it accesses, and why

The assistant requests only the permissions it needs to perform work the employee would otherwise do by hand. Each is listed with its purpose:

• Google Calendar (read and create events) — to summarise the day's schedule and to add meetings the employee asks for.
• Google Tasks (read, create and complete) — to list outstanding reminders and to record new ones on request.
• Google Drive (read, and create files in folders owned by the company) — to read business documents the employee refers to, and to file documents the employee asks it to save.
• Gmail (read and send) — where enabled, to summarise the inbox and to send messages the employee has reviewed and explicitly approved before sending.

The assistant does not request any permission it does not use, and it does not access any Google account other than the authorised employee's own.

3. Where the data goes

The assistant runs on a private server rented and controlled by SUNRISE INS VIET NAM. Google data is fetched when a request is made, used to answer that request, and is not copied into any external system.

The assistant does not sell, rent, share, publish or transfer Google user data to any third party. There is no advertising, no analytics product, no data broker and no partner with access. Data is not used to train any machine-learning model.

Operational logs recording that a request occurred are kept on the same private server for troubleshooting and are deleted on a rolling basis. Access credentials are stored on that server with file permissions restricting them to the system administrator account.

4. How long it is kept

Google data is held only for as long as it takes to answer the request that retrieved it. Nothing is retained in a separate database. Where a document is saved to Google Drive at the employee's instruction, it remains in the company's own Google account under the company's normal retention practice.

5. Removing access

The authorised employee may revoke the assistant's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation takes effect immediately and the assistant can no longer read or write anything. Stored credentials on the server may be deleted on request to the contact below, which removes the ability to reconnect without a fresh sign-in.

6. Limited Use

The Sunrise INS Internal Assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Changes

If the permissions the assistant requests change, this policy is updated before the change takes effect, and the date at the top is revised.
