Sunrise INS Internal Assistant

A private internal tool of SUNRISE INS VIET NAM. Not a public product and not available for sign-up.

What it is

SUNRISE INS VIET NAM is a manufacturer and exporter of agricultural products — rice, spices, coffee, coconut products, dried fruits and nuts — based in Ho Chi Minh City. The Internal Assistant is software we run on our own server to help one authorised employee manage the daily administration of that business from a phone when away from a desk.

What it does

• Summarises the day's calendar and outstanding reminders each morning.
• Creates calendar events and task reminders when the employee asks for one.
• Reads and files business documents in the company's own Google Drive.
• Summarises the inbox, and sends replies the employee has reviewed and explicitly approved beforehand.

Who can use it

One authorised employee, signing in with their own company Google account. There is no registration, no other user, and no third party with access. It is not distributed, sold or offered to customers.

Data

The assistant reads Google data only to answer the request in front of it, stores nothing in any external system, and shares nothing with anyone. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
